Job Summary
Condominium Manager's role includes the following:
- Manage a portfolio consisting of Condominium units
- Must have excellent customer relationship skills, work hard to meet corporate objectives and is an effective team leader
- Strong condominium management knowledge
- Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the day-to-day operations
- Hands-on property management, overseeing capital projects, attending meetings with the owner/landlord/boards
- Tenant liaison, and ensuring proper preventative maintenance programs are in place.
- Negotiate and manage service contracts
- Prepare and manage the operational budget for each property
- Negotiate and administer some aspects of leases, including financial and operational matters
- Develop marketing strategies for properties
Job Description
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 – 3 years experience
- Familiar with the Condominium Act
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and tasks
- Ability to understand the building culture and work effectively across all organizational levels
- Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
- Working ability in Microsoft Office is a prerequisite
- Demonstrated leadership skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven ability to work as a team
- Solid analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
